"Daisy" Drawing

I was asked by a friend of my family to draw a portrait of her beloved dog Daisy. I used chalk pastels to combine layers of colors to create a close replica of a photo she gave me of Daisy. By using thick layers and small strokes, I created a paint-like quality to this drawing.
